Arnica: Arnica contains helenalin, a potent anti-inflammatory, making it a must-have for any natural first aid kit.  Its ability to reduce pain and disease-causing inflammation when applied to the skin comes in handy for all kinds of bruises, aches, sprains and even arthritis flare-ups. It can even be applied to insect bites to reduce irritation and inflammation. Arnica can also be used to relieve areas of stiffness resulting from flying or long-distance driving.

Biomat: The Biomat reduces stress and relieves pain from arthritis and stiff or sore muscles. The deep penetrating infra-red heat from the Biomat helps to increase circulation, reduce pain, and increase mobility.  It reduces insomnia, increases serotonin and boosts the immune system. The Biomat is a registered FDA medical device which makes it perfect for use in hospitals and therapeutic clinics as well as in your own home. Learn more https://1qr.com/S48KDFK

Bone Broth: Bone broth is a wonderful marriage of easy-to-digest but still nutritionally powerful ingredients.  To make it, toss bones from an organic, natural chicken in the crockpot (and/or organic grass-fed) or Instant pot.

  • Add 6 celery & 6 carrots, ½ onion (rough chop)
  • 1 tsp Bragg’s apple cider
  • Add 3 cloves garlic,
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorns
  • CLEAN salt like Redmond’s or Celtic Sea Salt
  • Add any other seasonings!

Fill pot with water.  Simmer 12-24 hours. Let cool and then enjoy.  Drink 2-4 ounces/day or use it to make rice, quinoa, soups!

Camel Milk: Naturally low in fat and high in natural omegas.  Camel milk doesn’t contain the same proteins people are often allergic to in cow’s milk. It is close to breastmilk and is a great transition milk from breastmilk.  It’s also extremely high in immunoglobulins, immune powerhouses!

In addition to all of that, camel milk:

  • Is high in insulin, which is beneficial for diabetics;
  • Contains unique proteins with an almost protective nature against viruses and fungus;
  • Is also high in iron and vitamin C.

I recommend Colorado Camel Milk.

CBD:  From easing PMS, lessening anxiety, supporting quality sleep, to improving mood, a good organic CBD is important.  Even better, you want an organic CBD paired with an essential oil to create a smart spectrum CBD without the psychoactive effects.  CBD supports the endocannabinoid system from the brain to the immune and digestive systems, these receptors help keep things in check.  I ONLY recommend Nature’s Ultra CBD from Young Living

Colloidal Silver: A 2011 study confirmed that colloidal silver is effective in treating fungal, bacterial, and viral infections  https://www.nutranawellness.com/

Dandy Tea: Dandelion root promotes normal liver function by enhancing biliary detoxification. It also helps regulate insulin levels and it works as an effective aperient promoting normal bowel function and diuretic urinary function. The most advanced research on cardiovascular disease and cancer, two of the major killers in the world, is that these diseases are caused by, or attenuated by, inflammation. Dandelion root is one of the greatest herbs for relieving inflammation and is well known to exert a benefit in the natural treatment of both conditions.

Diet: You are what you eat.  Avoid processed foods and stick with whole foods consisting of real meat, vegetables, and fruits.  Sugar can suppress the immune system for up to 6 hours so avoid it as much as possible.

Dry Brushing: Dry brushing helps unclog pores and excrete toxins that get trapped beneath the skin.

Elderberry Syrup: Naturally high in immune-boosting compounds that are specifically shown to help beat the cold and flu more quickly, Elderberry syrup is so easy to make.  Try this recipe for “Homemade Elderberry Syrup.”

Enzymes (Digestive): responsible for every chemical process in your body; unlock nutrition from your food; help you digest food and speed digestion; it is important to take them because toxins, lifestyle, and age deplete enzyme stores in our body

Epsom Salt Bath:  This makes detoxification pathways in the body more efficient, this is important because the waste your cells make have to dump somewhere. The problem is, because of the chemical overload our bodies are now faced with in Modern Society that waste goes BACK into your body and produces an off-gassing effect. Not a good situation! Disease begins in our cells. Health ALSO rests in each and every one of our trillions of cells.

As much as 65% of body cleansing is achieved via the skin!

The scientific name for Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate. Magnesium and sulfur are both critical nutrients but surprisingly can be poorly absorbed from our food. Soaking in Epsom salts overcomes this problem as these minerals both absorb readily via the skin.

According to the Epsom Salt Industry Council, a simple soak is beneficial to heart and circulatory health, can lower blood pressure, helps ease muscle pain and eliminates harmful substances from the body. It also improves nerve function by encouraging proper regulation of electrolytes.

By taking a detox bath 2-3 times and week, and your babies and children, you will be ahead of the curve and stave off damage that otherwise would wreak havoc on your long-term health, protect from cancer, emotional distress, and even auto-immune challenges.

Essential Oils: See “Eliminate Toxins”

Fermented Foods: Add sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, pickles, water kefir, kefir, yogurt and other fermented foods to your diet to support healthy gut bacteria.

Filtered Water:  Pure water helps with nutrient absorption, weight loss, skin hydration, detoxification, overall health, and it even benefits the environment.  If you don’t like the taste of plain water, replace soda for a Soda Stream and add NingXia Red, Elderberry or Vitality Essential Oils.

Golden Milk:  Boasting therapeutic and great detox value, Golden Milk contains turmeric with is a potent anti-inflammatory that supports healthy liver and digestion, protects heart and brain, supports the immune system, soothes joint discomfort and relieves inflammation, supports nervous system, promotes wound healing and skin health, and possibly protects against diabetes and cancer.  Traditionally you would use boiled cow milk to make this. But if you are dairy intolerant, almond / cashew, or coconut milk works! Black pepper is included because it increases bioavailability of turmeric – making it more potent and powerful.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup organic turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tsp organic black pepper
  • 1T cinnamon
  • 1 T ginger powder
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 1 3/4 cups filtered water
  • 6 T raw honey

Combine all the ingredients for the turmeric paste in a saucepan—except for the raw honey—and heat over medium heat, whisking frequently. Once the mixture begins to boil, whisk constantly and let it boil for 10 minutes. Boiling it is crucial to getting a smooth end result and reducing the bitter flavor of the turmeric.

Remove the saucepan from the heat, and allow it to cool for about 10-15 minutes, until it’s cool enough to touch. The mixture may have separated a little, but that’s OK. Add the raw honey and whisk vigorously to combine. The honey helps to emulsify the mixture and gives the paste a lovely taste.

Store your turmeric paste in a glass jar. The mixture should last for several months in the fridge.

Directions to make a beverage:

  1. Start by making your coffee or Dandy Blend, but make it twice as strong as usual.
  2. Add your hot coffee or Dandy Blend to a mug and add in 1 tsp. of the turmeric paste. Mix well until the paste dissolves fully into liquid.
  3. Next, gently heat your milk. Froth it in a blender, or use a milk frother.
  4. Pour your bubbly milk onto your coffee mixture. Top with a dash of cinnamon or coconut sugar.

The NingXia Woflberry is one of the richest known whole-food sources of natural vitamin B1 (Thiamin), which is essential for proper energy production, carbohydrate metabolism, & thyroid function.
